Creative direction + Moodboarding

This is the fun part! I will help with outfit selection and can send a pinterest board with inspo specifically for your shoot. Keeping location, vibe, and your vision in mind.

Laid back photoshoot experience

It doesn’t have to be stressful or awkward! I will guide you the entire session. I prefer a lifestyle approach – letting you be you and capturing that for what it’s worth. But I’ll always have prompts and poses in mind when needed.

24 hour sneaks

I like a quick turnaround for sneak peeks. For a portrait session or wedding, you get sneak peeks within 24 hours. I like you to see the magic we create as soon as possible.

You’re ready to pop the question and know they’ll want photos of the whole sha-bang. I got you. These are some of my favorite moments to document. I will help with any planning and preparation to make sure you pull it off. You’ll get photos of the big surprise as well as some portraits afterwards if you’re interested!

So you’re engaged…now what?! Well, now you start planning!! And to make it feel even more real, let’s get you all dolled up, (or we can keep it super casual, I love that too) and capture this moment of y’all as fiances!! Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary or just want updated photos of you and your lover…this package is for you. I will hype you up and keep you laughing the entire time. The idea is that you feel like you’re on a cute lil’ date night and I’m just the fun third wheel with the camera.

Just one of the biggest days of your life, no big deal. And I am so, so thankful that you’re considering me to document it all! My approach for weddings is a documentary, candid, journalistic style – giving you prompts and direction when needed, but mostly just capturing the day as it happens authentically. Giving you the most raw, emotion-filled, romantic photos to look back on and cherish forever.

The days go slow but the years go fast. Or ‘“don’t blink’ as they say. Whatever phase your family is in, let’s freeze time in the only way possible. Having photos to look back on for a lifetime is literally priceless. I won’t just ask you to huddle together and stiffly smile at the camera. I can be a fly on the wall in your home, soaking up all the love in your own, naturally lit, intimate spaces. Or we can venture to an outdoor location. With minimal props and posing, I want to capture you and your baby in the purest, most natural form. My approach with these is relaxed and laid back, keeping you and baby’s comfortability a priority.

From bump to welcoming baby home, we will creatively capture all the beginning stages of your motherhood journey. Are you looking to elevate your brand? I can deliver you a curated gallery that highlights the best parts of your brand or service. I will take care of location hunting or scheduling a time in a local studio (I have several favorites!) and can help hire models if needed!

Creative Portraits

Editorial style photoshoots can be for everyone and anyone who wants to get creative in front of the camera. I am all for some funky wardrobe, non-traditional posing, and fun props. I will be there every step of the way and would love to help with planning if you don’t know where to start. These photos are to help you see the beautiful, confident, artist within yourself.

What to expect when you work with Maddie Adrian Photo

We’ll discuss style and overall vibe that you’re wanting out of your session. We go over inspo photos that you’ve sent me.

I help with location scouting and planning to match your vision.

I’ll send you a pinterest board specific to your shoot - all parts like location, outfits, and posing are considered when I put this together. I’m a visual person and I think it helps to know what vision I have for us.

We meet for our scheduled session and have the best time ever.

I send you sneak peeks within 24 hours.

You get a digital gallery of 50+ beautiful images that you print, share, and post everywhere. 🙂

FAQ

Will I be photoshopped?

I will not change the shape of your bodies but I will smooth/remove blemishes (acne, bruises, scrapes). I want your photos to be a true representation of you, as I always promote body positivity and inclusivity.

Can we get the RAW, unedited images?

That’s gonna be a no from me, dawg. The editing is half of my creative process and it really brings your images to life! Trust me!

How do we book you?

First, you submit an inquiry. Then we chat back and forth about your date/vision and we make sure we are a good fit for each other. From there, I send you a contract to sign and link to submit your deposit. Once both are completed, YOU’RE BOOKED! WOO!

Why chose MAP?

Photoshoots with me are designed to be fun and laid back. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and free to be YOU. Afterall, that’s the whole point of your session…to capture you being you. I give you enough direction to create movement and candid moments, but at the end of the day, it’s all about documenting your moment in its truest form-without the fake and stiff poses. I want you to look back at your gallery and our time together and feel something. All you have to do is show up. I’ve got the rest under control.

When can we expect our photos?

For portrait sessions, you can expect sneak peeks within 24 hours and your final gallery within 2-3 weeks. For weddings, you can expect sneak peeks within 24 hours and your final gallery within 12 weeks.

How do we get our photos?

Your gallery is delivered via my professional gallery website. From this site, you are able to download the digital images directly to your computer or phone. You will have password protected access as well as a guest link option to share with family or friends if you desire. It’s super easy!

How many photos do we get?

It truly depends on how much time we spend together! I don’t believe in giving you a set number of photos in your gallery. As I always say, you get all the good ones – I got you.

Do you travel?

Yes, I do! Getting to travel for this job is such a privilege. I am always down to document your story in a place that is special to you. Just let me know where to meet you and I’m there.

Do we need a second shooter for our wedding?

It depends on your wedding and your wants and needs! We will go over all the details and add-on options after you fill out the wedding questionnaire. But a second shooter can be added to any wedding – I would highly recommend one for any medium-large wedding. But don’t worry, I take care of all these details after we chat about it.

How do travel expenses work?

For drivable distances, I charge $1/per mile driven + overnight accommodations for 1+ night if necessary to meet the needs of your session or wedding. For air travel, I charge you for the basics → roundtrip flight + rental car + 1-2 nights of overnight accommodations depending on the circumstances. And then I take care of my extras during the trip like food, gas, etc. I book all travel accommodations up front and with your consent of course – that way you know what to expect once I send the final invoice. For estimations, you can look up the local hotel/airbnb prices for wherever we’re going and travel from JAX. These travel prices are to be paid in addition to the base session/collection price.
